Huff, Niehaus Announces Sale of Clarion Hotel Lexington Conference Center

Huff, Niehaus & Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce the successful sale of the Clarion Hotel Lexington Conference Center located in Lexington, Kentucky - the second largest metro area in the State. Brandt Niehaus, President of Huff, Niehaus & Associates, Inc. and member of Hotel Brokers International was the Broker in the transaction representing the Seller, Dogwood Hotels, LLC. The 149 room hotel sold for $5,850,000 to Lexington Hospitality Group, LLC.

This Clarion occupies a prominent 5.85 acre site on a busy I-75 exit location in the heart of Bluegrass Country. The hotel had completed a more than $1,200,000 renovation project in 2014. Lexington Hospitality Group plans to add a restaurant to expand the F&B and banquet operations for increased occupancy and RevPAR.
